That sounds like a possible sitcom scenario to me.
I went to this odd Chinese restaurant last week. Every seat as their own heating element. You pick your veggies, noodles and meat and toss it in and the broth cooks quickly.
It had just opened and was packed with Chinese teenagers. They were really excited.
We didn't stay, we got up and left to the waitresses frown "not what you expect?".

Yea I know! That's what I said especially after looking at the menu prices.
It was all you can eat for 20 bucks but they charged you for anything you left on your plate.

I really can't believe people complaining about public transport (particularly in London). I keep hearing on the news and whatnot that it's not snowed like this in 18 years. So what the f**k do you want, a couple of days IN 18 YEARS where things are a bit f**ked up, or do you want the overpriced fares to go towards things which will only be used for a couple of days IN 18 YEARS?

I look out of my window now and see that the road itself is clear and I bet it it clear along the whole bus route.. BUT the buses are still not running!!!
The buses should be the FIRST thing running once the road have nbeen salted/cleared not the last due to lousy administration. It would demonstrate a real indication that London Transport aim to support their passengers more than their staff.
A set of snow chains for the London buses would not cost a great deal even if they were used only once every 18 years. Compare that with the vast losses caused to businesses because their staff cannot get to work.
