TV ads used to be so much more entertaining than they are now. Today it's all insurance ads, arty car ads and stuff with dysfunctional families in it. All disposable and unmemorable. For entertainment you can't beat the 'for mash get Smash' martians, Leonard Rossiter's cinzano ads, and the secret lemonade drinker. Not forgetting Lorraine Chase's "nah mate, Luton airpowt" and Sandra Dickinson's St. Bruno ad. Anyone remember Cresta Bear?
