4oz SR flour
4oz granulated sugar
4oz marg
1oz cocoa
1 egg
Mix flour, cocoa and sugar. Melt marg in saucepan. Gently beat egg in a bowl. Mix all ingredients together. Place in greased baking tin. Flatten, mark with fork, lightly brush with cld water and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 30 mins on 180.
