If you like a detective story Griff apparently there is quite a good one published today. I'm off to Norwich now myself to buy a copy!

I wonder if the author is going to be doing any interviews for it? Or book signings? Or is he too bashful? :)

Marc's written a book?

Is there no start to his talents...?

Did you steal that line from Clive Anderson's great interview with Jeffrey Archer? http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=w0343LpIvxM

No.

How I Live Now by Meg Rosoff. Only started this today and over half way through. Very easy to read but, so far, good story and narrative voice.

Meg Roscoff?

No, Rosoff. http://www.megrosoff.co.uk/

I might change my surname to Pissoff or F**koff. :)

Rosoff reminds me of Mutley saying piss off actually!

Why is that a but? Do you find that the two (story/voice and ease) do not go together?

Well Peter and Jane books are easy to read, but not the most gripping story wise. :)

I read the book in one day, which might suggest it was a shallow read, but it wasn't.

That's a great book.

It gave me the impression that it was very good.
I hate books that are unputdownable and I end up staying up waaay too late.

Ha! Yes, they are good, but at the same time bad!

Not reading it yet, but just ordered Marc P's book on Amazon.

What if I hate it? *gulps*
