Excellent pick!
I nominate Randy Marsh. I love him so.
Lou and Eddie from The Simpsons.

Rik Mayall in Blackadder is the defining example of a Scene Stealer.
Verrrrry true.
Richmond in the IT Crowd.
On Scrubs (It's not British but I just had to add it in here) I can't help laugh at a lot of their supporting cast.
Especially Sweaty Teddy the Lawyer
Jerry Stiller as Frank Costanza on Seinfeld
Really not a fan of Lord Flashheart. Quite a tedious character, actually.
He scared the shit out of me when I was little.
Too overtly sexual I fink.
Wow, you've thrown in some great ones - Forum five!
William Shatner and John Cleese did brilliant spots on '3rd Rock From The Sun' - both came on and chewed the scenery like mad, had me in stitches.
Not sure if this one counts but the character of Ace Rimmer was always a favourite.

Too flipping weird, I fink!

Interesting. And since then you'd been attracted to men with little or no sexuality? Eunuchs, almost?

Yeah, well... not exactly my favourite part of my all time favourite series.

Interesting theory! But not really true.
I can see where you were going with it though.
Although I certainly wouldn't fancy a man exactly like Flashheart, no.
Flasheart was absolutely fantastic, he wasn't in any way weird.
That was the beauty of it, having a character turn up who was absolutely nothing like any other entity in the show and seeing how he interacted with people.
The fear in their eyes as Rik Mayall was stomping about was a brilliant sight to see.
Also Jim Carrey in the Larry Sanders Show
He wasn't weird?
Next you'll be saying your man there Uncle Peter wasn't weird...
