Last night I watched live as Jonathan Ross persuaded Russell Brand to join Twitter - who immediately started to hate it because Ross's kids told him Twitter is "for oldies" - so I did a bit of looking around and found a few other comedy twitterers, mainly through their interaction with other non-celebrity followers. Honestly, I found it a bit frightening to see how they suck up to the comedians just to get a word out of them, so they can say, "Wahey, I had a chat with Stephen Fry [Pause] on Twitter".
Anyway, I made a short list of those I found. I have no doubt they're all genuine. Some of them, namely Julian Barrat, have not yet said anything, though.
