An idiotic, misguided doctor (James Corden) believes eating vast amounts of food gets rid of malignancies. He leeches off doctors' surgeries and hospital waiting rooms finding 'victims' that he forces to eat more and more until they explode. The irony being that he becomes the cancer that kills them. Or something else poignant like that. With Matthew Horne as a bloke who pulls those 'Tim-from-The-Office faces.
