It's stuck between the Tate Modern and Saint Pauls Cathedra both of which are free, as is the bridge it's self. So it's full of tourists looking for a freebie bit of culture and stuff.

The bridge to my favorite beach in Florida had a $3.50 toll and it was only about 100 feet long. I assume it was meant to keep out riffraff like me.
