I like Dr Mato she's a fun girl despite the fact she put a Lakota curse on me for being rather tasteless and insensitive (Can you believe it?). If I'm ever in Canada I'm gonna look her up despite the restraining order. Wave

What music do you listen to when you're down? I haven't felt properly 'down' for years, but I used to always stick on the album 'Lost Souls' by Doves. It's not uplifting in the slightest, but it used to mirror my mood and send me to sleep.

I Spy by Pulp. It's a great song about getting even with the world. I'd imagine a lot of rampage killers listen to it before heading off to high school.

It depends what I'm aiming to do with my depression. If I want to relax and forget about it I put Seabear on, if I just feel like wallowing in my sadness (which helps sometimes) it's Windmill and if I want to make myself happy I listen to Art Brut or Los Campesinos!
