Mike Patten was clearly trying to immitate CM on the Real Thing but just went with his own style on Angel Dust, which is probably why he sounds better cos CM didn't really have a great voice.
Angel Dust is also much darker and I kind of like that.

I don't think Patton sounds like CM on TRT. Yep We Care A Lot is on there. Awesome track. You're right about AD though.

Well he didn't sound like him but I think for sure he was trying to. At least copying his style. There are 'definite' similarities and it explains why he sounds so different on both albums.

Sounds lots better than the FNM one that's for sure! Very nice song, but then I love a lot of the slower/non-disco Bee Gee songs. Gotta Get A Message To You is one such I particulary love.
