I don't know when the credits will be posted but my sketch made it onto the air last night - the terrorists deciding to plan in Unwinese.

Mine was on last night too. It was really great hearing it broadcast, am still very chuffed today! :)

Which one was yours?

The facebook funeral, was right at the end.

Ah right. Nice one.

Nice work guys!

Chris - out of interest, was your Facebook Funeral sketch one of your first 3 sketches, or an extra one you sent in after the writers meeting at the Beeb?

Cheers! It was one of my first 3 sketches. Wasn't invited to a writers meeting. But did do some revisions to it before it was accepted.

Woo, got a sketch on tonight. And another next week. Phew...

Aye, well done y'all.

My 'Inside Documentaries' one didn't get used, unsurprisingly. I think it was funnier before they rewrote it for being too 'on the nose' - whatever that means.

Pretty good hit rates from people on here considering how many writers there were and the fact that Madeleine Brettingham and Matthew Morton could probably have written the entire series on their own.

I recall catching the FIRST episode on iPlayer, but finding it rather... er... shall we say... dull... and... erm... not very witty.
Only made me smile (a bit) a couple of times. Didn't laugh once I'm afraid. Even the audience seemed to be struggling.

So I boycotted week 2...
(apologies if any BSGers had anything in, but blame episode 1)

But then...

I figured I'd give it another chance.

I caught episode 3 the other day on iPlayer and found it VERY MUCH improved where I laughed pretty much throughout, especially at Facebook Funeral. :)

Did any other BSGers have anything in that episode?

especially at Facebook Funeral. :)

Thank you!
:$

That was VEEEEEEERY funny. :)

Other good'uns that I can recall as LOL were Troll, Relationship Upgrade and Idiot.com.

Missed Episode 3, but just caught up with Ep 4. Thought it had a much higher hit rate than the first couple I listened to. I particularly enjoyed the Sofa Sale.

Anyone been capturing this? I keep forgetting to and judging by the first couple of series, it's not going to get repeated any time soon.

Not me - I don't know how do without it sounding really tinny.

If anyone has a copy of my sketch last week (the Mr Darcy out of office that started the show) and is happy to sneak me a copy purely for personal use, I'd appreciate it.
