Weellll.

They're almost on a par, unfortunately!

Or mutual hatred but a grudging acceptance that they work well as a team and need each other in order to survive?

Bionic Woman was quite fun. But she really is quite wooden.

Mmmm... Wood.

More so than Martha?! :D

Impossible.

They are aiming the programme at the mass audience who watches EastEnders, the biggest show on TV, hence the London vibe, London characters and soapy elements.

Yes.

I didn't like her in Hyde either, or whatever it was called. Jekyll probably.

If they want a young woman, why can't they bring Sally Sparrow back? She was good.

Sally Sparrow was a top bird.

Sorry, was a great character and actress and appeared in Mopffats ep so you never know!

I never understand the 'soapy' thing. Is really showing a companion's family soap-like, or every other drama ever made-like?! :D

Let's have the Dr and assistant as friends, rather than inject any romcom into it. Why turn it into every other show on TV?

They did with the last one, Donna. No hanky panky. Not even a knee trembler.

Johnson was worse.

Only because he was on screen longer.

I would say putting the assistant's family into it, plus putting a romantic element into it is going down the soap route.

That's the way to go, I'd say.

No matter who they put in as the new doctor they can't be as bad as the last.
