Except the tooth fairy gives you money and God wants you to put some on a plate for him.
But that's ambiguous. I suppose she meant yes, he's real.

She was slugging from a vodka bottle at the time so it was an understandable mistake.

I used to add vodka to my kids' bedtime milk bottles. Slept like babies, they did....although a bit sluggish in the waking-up department.
