What are you eating? Page 161

I've just tried to eating dates and I'm very disappointed: they are foul! :( Angry

Back to the grapes...

Back to the grapes...

Yuck, dates. Sick

Grapes are nice though. :)

In other news though, I've just discovered that Baked Beans count as one of your five-a-day. :)

Then I've had 2 a day already!

Offset by the 2 bacon, 2 sausages, 2 eggs, and 2 lightly buttered slices of toast... But still 2 a day! Pleased

Are you saying you've had two fry ups today?

No... Just a REALLY huge pile of beans.

Oh. I was gonna say, your arteries must being screaming "Stop!!!".

Haha! :D

Well I will be having one tomorrow I suspect. But I don't have them all that often really.

I fry everything without oil.

I only use oil for the eggs, so they don't stick to the pan.

If you buy a little non-stick pan with a glass lid and fry an egg with the lid on the eggs cook really quickly and perfectly (and perfect yolk).
I think though that someone should invent a grilling machine specially for sausages, so you can do all sides at once and cook them equally.

A self-heating-sausage-sleeping-bag?

Sounds perfect! Do it Nil - to the inventing shed....

Soup and toast.

Baked fish, baked potatoe (NO BUTTER BECAUSE OF 9 POUNDS) and a salad.
