Buckets of ears are always good.
Sitcoms you would bring back Page 5
"Well, you've had worse."
Arrested Development
The Comeback
The Larry Sanders Show
There are a few shows I would bring back if it were possible, although some would be impossible to bring back.
I would have liked to have seen more Dad's Army. Indeed, Perry and Croft could have probably have gone on and on. It was mainly stopped because of the health of the actors, especially the older members. For those who think that the series would not have worked if the cast members were changed - well, another two actors played Walker in the radio series after James Beck died.
I'd also bring back Green Wing because I thought it was brilliant. Also, I think Caroline's arms must be tired out holding onto those balloons by now.
I agree with bringing back Black Books, because for me the ending to the show seemed somewhat abrupt. Yes, Manny now had a girlfriend, but Bernard had just discovered his girlfriend had faked her death.

A film seems to be almost certainly on the way now; though apparently Michael Cera is holding out on signing up. I can understand why, I suppose there's a danger of finishing it all with a dissapointing film that might tarnish a so far perfect record. I'm still interested in seeing it happen though!
Garth Marenghi's Darkplace (although I've read they're doing a film)
Police Squad! (although to the quality of the TV show rather than the increasingly-poor Naked Gun movies - I'd like to see Drebin in an accurate spoof of modern cop shows like NYPD Blue and CSI)
15 Storeys High (although sadly I doubt this will ever happen)
Spaced would work - I've read that they've considered a Before Sunrise/Before Sunset (or Clerks/Clerks 2 if you will) style revisiting of the characters 10-years on. If they gave it the same enthusiasm they've given Shaun Of The Dead and Hot Fuzz then I'd be all up for it.

Pulling.
Steptoe with Ant and Dec as Harold and his long lost brother, and Richard Wilson as Albert.
I'm surprised ITV have not tried to buy the rights to do this, it would be absolute shite, but still better than anything else they produce.
Let's be honest now, you cannot get enough Ant and Dec.

That does seem to be ITV's corporate ethos, yes.
Cows.

I still haven't watched this yet; must get round to it.
Only recently I thought that Young Ones University Reunion might be an interesting idea. Can you imagine what each of them would be like as adults?
With the passing of time they could all potentially have kids at University now as well which could turn out to be a spin-off but I'm less keen on that idea.
Maybe all this could be considered for a 30th anniversary show in 2011.

Dunno about "bring back" - I'd like to see the rest first!
