I always think when boys look at girls (dressed) they imagine them naked and judge them from that as to whether they look good, and when girls look at girls they just see the clothes they're wearing.
Which is why we often disagree about whether someone looks good or not. (like SJP or whoever). Men cannot understand why women want to look like her, but most of us are seeing her clothes, not her.
