Just ignore me...

Well, eBay isn't exactly in the best state either. Sellers can not leave negative feedback, and have very little protection from dishonest buyers. A close friend of mine sells a lot on eBay and recently was forced to issue a $1,200 refund on something that she knew the customer had received. Consequently, she no longer sells to the far east.
I got the Deadwood boxset for Crimbo. Nearly finished Season 1, fantastic show with some incredible acting.

Meh, it was ok. I loved the first few series, but I didn't think last nights was all that great.
Well I just watched my first 'long' episode of Jonathan Creek.
It was alright, couple of laughs in places. I liked "Are you thinking of someone else?", "Hitler, sorry!".
Oh yeah - and it had Jen in it!
All in all, meh!

That whole bit with her having run off with Two Pints boyfriend was a bit stupid.

Really? I thought it started a bit wobbly, but really picked up to a cracking end.

Give the series proper a go. Especially the first couple with Caroline Quentin. I can see why last night's episode wouldn't have appealed if you're not familiar with it already.

Agreed. Was a tiny bit unrealistic.

Never got into it. Looked good though, I'll give 'em that.

Are they all half hour eps? I can live with that, but not a series of 2 hour episodes. I'll have a look around on t' net and see if I can find any of series one.
I didn't think it was bad, I just can't say I thought it was brilliant, but it's not fair to judge the whole thing on one showing.

No, this was the longest. I think there's been one other 2 hour (Satan's Chimney - although thinking about it, that might have been two one-hour episodes), but otherwise they're 45-50 minutes ish I think.
I really really do think you should give it another go. It's such a sublimey crafted, intricate series.

I will. What I'll do is find at least one or two eps online and then buy a series if I like it. I just don't want to be stuck with a DVD I don't like and won't ever watch. I'm certainly not giving up on it just yet.
Yeah, it's alright. They're not the best bunch of films, but they are good popcorn fodder.
I just watched yesterdays Eastenders. What the f**k was that?! It was so messy and random. Thought Sean needed to go out with a BOOM!

Eastenders? Soap jerkers?
