Huh? I just heard an ice cream truck drive by? That's new thing, they used to pack it in during the winter months. Maybe someone's living in the truck and he doesn't know how to shut the jingle off. Maybe the driver's gone mad listening to that repetitive tune and he thinks it's summer all year round?
