Well on Sky there's always adverts for shows she's on. She hosted one of the MTV award shows a few months ago and you couldn't escape her.
She's an 'It' girl at the minute.

All the Sky channels are tacky in some way. But I mainly watch Documentaries like the History channel, ect. Anything else is comedy. I'm sure we're the same, so I don't know how you've managed to avoid it. Unless you really only do watch Babestation and Nuts TV?

I don't have Sky+, otherwise I would never see an advert.
I have Sky+, but mostly watch TV live.
(And mostly watch the BBC anyway.)
I have, whilst I'm at home, a freeview recorder and I record everything and watch when I have naffin' to do, like at 2am when this board goes quiet, lol.
There is something else you could try. It's known as sleep. >_<
