Selling a sketch again

If you've already sold a version of a sketch (perhaps a trimmed down one), say fifteen years ago, can you re-sell it (a different version) if someone is interested in it again now?

Sounds like you need to dig out your contract.

Check the contract, but I'd think so, depends who you sold it to.

Generally if you're not getting any readies then I'd think so.

It was Hale and Pace, about fifteen years ago. And it was a short version of the sketch. And should I tell them!?

Ooh that's diferent, I'd ask Perry who also sold to them?

I mean they may be intending to rerelease as a DVD.

Is Perry called Perry on here? Sorry, I know nothing, I've just joined this forum.

Surely you signed something the first time around?

Perry is now known as Lee Henman.

Wisty I've PM'd you.

Yes, thanks Lee, just read it. I think, on reflection, it is re-worded sufficiently to comfortably ignore.
