I find pale women far more attractive than tanned ones.
There's especially something about women with dark hair bright lipstick and pale skin, a la Anna.
I'm pale and to look paler, I dye my hair red! I was natural red most of this year but have gone back to bright red again cause everyone said it looked nicer.
EDIT: I don't actually dye it just to look pale.

My hair's just "black". It's actually very dark brown, but the amount of people who think it's black...
