Why do people wrap packages in throw away paper? Where did that thought come from?
I wrap packages in material that could be used for something else in time.Or I sew carry bags from material to use shopping or book rentals.

I recycle.
It is rather silly, isn't it?
Newspaper would be a good one too, although not very festive, it could be something for the kids to do (make them festive, if you didn't get that).
We could wrap them in toilet paper I suppose?
But that doesn't have pretty holly leaves or Santas on it.

I'm sure some do have special festive editions.

I recycle too. I am even more into it now because my job involves the enviroment and saving our natural resources.

I liked Smithy's tinfoil approach to wrapping paper.
I don't wrap, I use gift bags, that way they can be used by the person again.

I do that, it's cheeky but saves you money in the long run
