I'm curious Frankie how do you define middle class?
Is it a money thing, education, background?
I use a smug-o-meter..
That's about it, really..
I don't define Middle Class strictly, it's quite a loose definition. The ones I don't like are well-off and smug.
So how do you define smug?
Irritatingly pleased with oneself; self-satisfied.
I know plenty of self satisfied poor people.
One pays taxes that subsidies my way of life, so I don't mind.
The other sucks up tax credits and other freebies.
Smugness is not just for the Middle Class, clearly.
I think there is a certain quality of Middle Class smugness that I dislike.. I know it when I see it! Or I see it where I want to see it, as suits!
