Hi, I haven't actually watched the programme but I have a question and if anyone can give me the answer I would be grateful. What food does Nana suggest Anthony's vegetarian girlfriend could eat?
Karen.

Could she have some wafer thin ham Barbara?
That's the one, don't they mention Cheese too? (Must dig that episode up.)
I love the way they treat her like a leper when she announces that she is indeed a Vegetarian. "Poor girl" ... lol
Boiled eggs. And a ham sanwich but she can take the ham out.
Ah Yes! ... Love the avatar by the way!
Cheers! It took me nearly 5 minutes to make it.

Well they were quite right!
The episode with the wafer thin ham was the first episode of the RF that I ever saw.
I still remember rolling round the floor laughing at that line. Top stuff
My favourite Jim / Nanna moment
Norma:
Is this hat too far forward?
Jim:
No, we can still see your face.
I didn't realise how many times Jim says lines about being "dead, dead, lazy" ... comes up more than I thought, whether it's directed at Anthony or Denise.
Mind you, he does have more faces than the town hall clock!
Nana: And every one of them's miserable!
I have a question that's always niggled at me.
Benefits aside, how did Jim and Barb afford Dave and Denice's wedding? It was made clear by Jim that he had to front up the cost as 'Peg leg Pete' wasn't helping out.
Assuming Jim was on benefits, what do we think for? He was able-bodied and wasn't exactly depressed and not with it - despite how he appears!
Just interesting to get other people's opinions on this.
Cheers all!
It was done on the cheap. £5 a head was mentioned.
Mary made the dress and maybe Barb supplied broken cakes from the bakery.
And, Twiggy could have got some knock off booze

Good point well made.
You know what Scousers are. A couple of nicked video recorders and a blackmail job.
