His penalty taking is pretty bad too :D

Depends which team you support. Laughing out loud

Is this a trick question?

Is the answer 'they're all c**ts'?

Titus Bramble, that guy wouldn't get a game in a pub team, so I don't know how the hell he is playing Premiership football.

Can anyone think of a bigger country-bumpkin-esque name than Titus Bramble? It sounds like something from Worzel Gummidge.

Ned1984 - are you Jim Magilton? Just you've mentioned two ex Ipswich players (Bramble, Bent) and you're from N Ireland.......

Was Worzel Gummidge set in ancient Rome !?

I completely forgot about the connection to Anient Rome. I think I must've got Titus mixed up with another name that's similar to it.

Shola Ameobi. Couldn't hit a cow's arse with a banjo.

I agree Rooney's over-rated, he's not as good as everybody makes out, yet he is still a top player.
For me, it's Stuart Downing.

What about those big time, successful players, who were forever being overlooked, when it came to them representing their country at international level? I think for England, Steve Bruce was one of the main victims of this. As for Scotland, Alan Hansen should've got many more caps.

Nope, Ipswich have just produced two utterly shite players.

Crouch was for a while. Nice guy but he's shite. SlagB is a Liverpool fan so I had to put up with drivel about how great Crouch was ... until he moved to Pompey and then I teased the sad truth out of him.
;)

Before him it was Heskey, scored like a muppet for Liecester, then imitated a muppet for the rest of his career.

Ronaldo apologising to Rooney for getting him sent off in the Euros.

Just the two?

Ashley Cole fits the thread perfectly. I'm amazed that Wayne Bridge isn't selected ahead of him for both club and country.

Michael Owen.

Michael Owen.

A goal every two games (when fit), yeah over-rated. :S

You said it.

(when fit)

When is the guy ever fit? For the past 3 years all I keep hearing is football pundits say how he'll be great once he hits form and regains full fitness. It never happens. Sure he's scored a few tap-ins this season. That's as good as it's going to get. He's had his day.
