You could have gone with a joke related to sex, or violence. You went for the latter. Not surprised.

"hey Lee,
Did you know Pot Noodles are not only a delicious snack but they also contain enough powdered shit to count towards your five a day. So they're not just super fast and super tasty they are also super good for you...*thumbs up* Remember don't do drugs."

Threw a frozen pizza in the oven and 5 minutes later the electricity went out. A few minutes later I saw smoke outside the window and went to investigate and found a raging fire in the grass and oak trees on the next street. There are 45 MPH winds at the moment, so I assume some limbs brushed a transmission line or something and sparked the fire.
I removed the soggy pizza from the oven, fired up the gas grill on the deck and barbecued the damn thing. Turned out very well, actually.
The power was restored after about 90 minutes. Now my house smells like smoked pizza and scented candles.
Quote: Griff @ December 10 2008, 12:49 AM GMTAlthough I would like a round of applause (or maybe disgust) as tonight I made myself a pizza for the first time.
Did you BBQ it like a real man?
Quote: Griff @ December 10 2008, 1:13 AM GMT(shuffles feet and hangs head)
Maybe next time.
No he eat it.
I had curry tonight and yum it was good.
Quote: Griff @ December 10 2008, 1:13 AM GMTNo.

Don't worry Griff. DaButt's playing the traditional foreigner role of being wrong. One doesn't barbecue pizza.
One does when one is hungry and has no other means of cooking said pizza. A hot grill is actually very close to the wood/coal-fired ovens that make the best pizza in places like New York.

I'd love to have a curry tonight, but I've got 'toad in the hole' instead. I think I'll get a curry tomorrow.
I'd really like a KFC after all that talk about it earlier.
Me too. And I walk past a KFC twice every day. It torments me.
