I pay someone to do it for me, but only because I can't do it myself.
You could always go and live in a cave, or on a beach. Perhaps you could just move house when yours gets too messy.
If it gets really bad, the neighbours will complain about the smell, then those nice men from the council will come and clean it for you.

I'm not good at keeping tidy! I do tidy up after myself in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room out of respect but the actual cleaning part I don't do often cause the boys tend to do it for me. I do clean the bathroom cause I am funny about that and do the laundry and ironing and cooking and they do all the rest! I can do it, it's just I'm naturally a clutter bug and my own room is a clutter haven!
