So, it was actually funny, rather than him just being a twat?
Does anyone else have a feeling that Kevin Bishop's PR people whispered in his ear before the show? I only saw snippets but can't stand him, so any chance at a dig, at his stupid face. Same with the G&S two too.

Stop bashing the Bishop you wankers! He was probably just coked-up, to be fair.
On sherbet most likely, the bloody non-person.
Bishop is a c**t. Although Gervais did need to be told to "f**k off" with his smug "I've got Golden Globes..Emmys..buy my DVD" routine.
Frank Skinner was funny though, only funny person on the show.
It's Martin, wow! Hey Martin! Where you been man?

I've been around, just don't post as often as I once did. Been busy with Uni, work etc. Also been putting lots of work and research in to a new script, which is a drama though, not comedy, although obviously still has humour to it.
Cool.
Iain Morris catching the bottle thrown by Bishop was excellent.
In many ways it was a microcosm of The Inbetweeners. The geeks getting bullied by the 'cool' kid, but managing to win the fight.
Ahh, and Skinner was magic too. 'Your suspension is dragging on a bit'. Skinner quite obviously doesn't care what he says and he just obviously wants to make himself laugh. Which is great!

Yeah Skinner has a very traditional approach to comedy which is actually refreshing in the current climate of comedy. He isn't trying to be cool or in your face, he just tells jokes and has a good time. "I'm still waiting for last years votes to come through.." (didn't technically work because there wasn't a show last year, but the point was still made and it was funny)
His new live DVD is suppose to be very good, will be putting that on my Christmas list.

Wasn't that specifically the gag he was going for?, at least that's how I read it . . .
