Laughing out loud I wonder how far he has to go to lose all his fans.

P.S i'm writing this on my PSP as i've finally set up a wireless network in my house, yay.

Wow - show off :P (yes I'm jealous).

Out of interest does the site display ok on the PSP?

I forgot to mention in my original post that Quentin Tarrantino has a ridiculous face. He's like Crescent Moon Head, with his chin coming up to meet his nose. I'd like to punch him. Just to show him that violence isn't always ironic and funny.

I suppose the biggest Hero to Zero would be Orson Welles, who went from Citizen Kane to starring in The Fall Guy.

Does Tony Blair qualify? I mean, everyone (apart from me, it seems) loved him back in 1997, and not pretty much everyone thinks he's a total c**t. Hero to zero?

Carry On Pulping Fiction!

Kenneth Williams and Charles Hawtrey play the TRavolta / Jackon roles. With Hattie Jaques as the Thurman character.

"Oooo, Matron, I'm going to blow you away, you mo-fo"

The display on the PSP is great, the site looks really good. It looks just like it does on the internet. Because of the PSP browser you only get to see a smaller section at a time but it loads quickly and the pictures and avatars can be clearly seen.

Im pretty sure that much of pulp fiction was not in fact written by avery, parts were based loosley on a story idea of his, thats all.

Not loosely, more than a third of the movie is Avery's script 'And Pandemonium Reigned' as I explained earlier. This includes the whole Bruce Willis segment, including the watch story, the gimp, the bum rape and the pie-eating girlfriend. QT bought the script from Avery and incorporated it into what he already had, no doubt shining many of Avery's lines.

Both True Romance and Natural Born Killers were also derived from an early Avery script called 'the Open Road'. Taratino used a lot of riffs, jokes, ideas and stories that Avery and others bandied around when they worked together in the video store. I'm not suggesting that he isn't talented, rather that he is not the full deal and is better working as part of a team.

The same is obviously true of Avery. They've used up the fund of stuff they built up together back in the mid eighties.

QT reminds me of the playwright Jez Butterworth who had a monster hit with 'Mojo', but was never able to get wood thereafter.

Stanley Ipkiss when he throws the Mask in the river at the end... But then again, he does kiss Cameron Diaz after so i dno. Then again AGAIN, look at her now Errr
And Quentin Tarantino co-directed with Tex Avery when he done PF and RD (I think), so thats the possible reason why standards have dropped...

Dno if I've repeated anything but I only read the first few posts and then added a reply.
