I would have missed anyway

Yep. I'm tiny. And also James Bond. A bit. :)

The Atkins bloke wasn't on the diet when he died. He was ancient, and was way past caring about fittig into his latest pair of 501s.

:O that's alot of weight loss in such a short time.

Tis indeed! It's recommended for safe and long term weight loss only 1-2lbs a week. And the face Ellie is feeling wobblesome is worrying :(.

I think rapid weight loss at the start of a diet is quite common. It should level out at some point, but the Atkins diet isn't controversial for nothing!

I just ate a Penguin.

Cheese. I must of been tired last night because I am convinced I made sandwiches. But opening it now it's just cheese in tinfoil...urgh.

I used to be massive in my teens. I even had trouble with doors and chairs!

I think I finally lost 6 - 8 stone. (I know it's more than 6 and could be 8 because in the very begining, I was too ashamed to weigh myself so I measured instead to start with :( )

So it's day 4 of the Atkins diet. I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 6lbs in 3 days of Atkins dieting. They say you get a very high weight loss at the beginning. I am also though beginning to feel very lethargic and not looking forward to eating, meat is really putting me off. I am sooooooooo thirsty all the time too. But it's recommended you drink 8 pints of water a day on this... I would guess I'm drinking about 10. I'm going to persevere.

I genuinely don't understand how meat can be putting you off. We evidently have very, VERY different appetities, diets and cravings for the rest of the time.

Wow, two-thirds of The Beast x 10...

Assuming this was on 4444, surely x 11 or something?

Quote: Finck @ December 4 2008, 9:49 AM GMT

Wouldn't that be 4440? :)

Therrree we go. :)

Pft. Your need to upgrade your software that looks like Gavin 1.2 its up to 8.9(Beta) now, offers alot more functionality for less experienced users.

So is it less sickeningly hypocritical?
