I've just started the Atkins diet. Bring on bad breath, windypops and hopefully some weight loss.
What are you eating? Page 123
Does the Atkins diet allow any carbs? Or is it a complete ban?
Complete ban for 2 weeks.
Then you work in small carbs slowly.
I once cut out as many carbs as I could (not for weight loss, but some other health thing) and all it did was make me very fatigued.
Then I ate a loaf of bread and felt much better!

A whole loaf? you fat bastard.
You'll have to let us know how that works out, Ellie! I'm not going to bet on it being successful at all.
Well I've started the day with bacon and eggs!

I started yesterday with an enorrrmous fry up. Egg, bacon, sausage, beans, toast, hash browns... I may have orgasmed.

I had an 'all you can eat' fried breakfast yesterday at my hotel. They had everything there: fry up, cereal, yoghurt, soup, croissants, cold meats and even some melon! I didn't eat too much though. I never do after drinking.

I had the left over KFC which I foolish bought on way home on Saturday night, and a such missed the bus. They didn't take plastic either mental, your meant to be a metropolis and your KFC's don't accept cards. Bah. Bah I say.
The first of the three satsumas I eat every day.

Trouble is that those are cheapo fry-ups though, aren't they? Boo and hiss.

Depends which KFC you go to. Remember that they're almost all franchises. The two KFCs I can think of both accept cards.
