Simple script formatting question

is this the correct way for laying out a chacter talking to a specifc other chacter?

BOB, BILL & SAM ARE IN A ROOM

BOB
(to Sam)
You are an idiot.

In other words, I put it where i would normally put descriptive terms (like "loudly, sarcastic, etc")

I'd do it this way.

1. INT. ROOM. DAY / NIGHT.

BOB, BILL AND SAM ARE PRESENT.

BOB: (TO SAM)
You are an idiot

cool...thats what i did (your example was a better example of what i did than the example i did!)

what about where it changes mid sentance:

MARK:
I like you. (to Bob) But i dont like you.

Is that right?
