It's that attitude that eventually got me arrested.
It doesn't piss me off but annoys me. People who assume because I have close male friends and always have done, we clearly fancy each other and there is romance there. It is actually insulting in a way because I have lots of very close male friends so by your definition that would make me a slut plus it leads to misunderstandings and gossip which fudges me and my male friends right off.
Just because my friend has a penis, doesn't mean I want a go!
Why does it bother you so much? If people can't understand the concept of male-female platonic relationships, then that says more about them than it implies about their view of you. Pity them, don't be annoyed.
As I said it annoys me but it's not enough to piss me off
