Grand Theft Auto

I just got myself GTA: San Andreas. I love it. Yeah, I'm a bit behind in the series but it's still new (to me). I'm only about 8% into the game but I love it and can't stop playing, even if to just drive around (I haven't even unlocked 3/4 of the map but it's still huge!).

I love the ability to climb walls, such a small addition but huge improvement to the game. The cars are ace and I find the bicycles far too satisfying, it's just wrong. The motorbikes are the best though.

The storyline is by far becoming my favourite of the series though. It's script is funny and the characters are good. The radio stations are cool too.

I'm dying to play GTA4 but lack of next gen console and money, it will have to wait a while. Is it as good as it looks?

Anyone else a fan of the series?

(I'm only making this post to give myself a break from the actual game... ah f**k it, I'm off to play!)

GTA London's where it's at.

I wish I still had a copy.

Yeah, that was cool.

It's a shame on IV they cut out bikes. I used to love riding around the BMX from one mission to another.

Having played every GTA beginning to end (Of the story at least) I can tell you GTA: San Andreas is by far the best of the entire series. I personally was a bit disappointed with GTA IV. It's good and well worth getting, but as far as storyline, gameplay and general fun. San Andreas wins :)

San Andreas rocks!

Have you tried swimming across one of the rivers yet, Leevil?

Aw, that's a shame. Still can't wait to play it though.

Leevil - ignore these nostalgic fools who say Andreas is best. You need to burn that old PS2 / Xbox or sell it for 2 quid at a car boot sale, get yourself a 360 (129.99 at all good retailers) and get in on some of THIS action, bitch! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7zGbQwbpIwo&feature=related

He's right, these people are out of their tiny minds.

Ignore thos who say San Andreas is best. If you're going to pick an old one, then it's clear to anyone that Vice City is the best. It just feels right.

GTA IV is the absolute dog's bollocks though. There are some fantastic missions in it and Nico Bellic is a great lead character.. I do think that on GTA, once you've completed the storyline, they should unlock all the missions so you can replay them whenever you want instead of having to start from scratch.

GTA IV is the dog's bollocks.

Coolio Cool

PS2. Yeah, I will get the arcade Xbox 360 soon (just for GTA and RE5 :D) But I might as well get the most out of San Andreas at the moment.
