I think a man spraying testosterone may be scarier and certainly more confusing than one spraying an AK47.
Just checked a few online retailers for AR-15 rifle kits and it looks like everything's back-ordered with waits of up to 5 months. The election sure helped out gun manufacturers and sellers.

I let it go months ago. But I will be a bit perturbed if I can't get my hands on a few specific guns before I no longer have the option.

You will have the option. The idea that America will ever get sensible gun laws is absurd. You guys will always be allowed to carry whatever you want and shoot whoever you like. That's the American way.

Absolutely and demonstrably untrue. The rifle I want to buy was made illegal by President Clinton in 1994. It was only after President Bush allowed the law to lapse in 2004 that it became legal (in most states) again. Barack Obama has already stated that he wants to reenact the (improperly named) assault weapons ban and make it permanent.

Why do you want that specific rifle? What can that give you that you can't get from the thousand and one other guns avaliable?
Surely encouraging people to use guns with smaller magazines will improve will improve markmanship.
