Live Streaming (Sports)

What's the deal with these peer to peer live streaming internet sites. Is it legal to watch? Is it legal for them to broadcast? And any idea how they broadcast - presume it's not a camera on the TV !?

Rarely, rarely, and quite possibly.

Rarely? So when, on that rare occasion, is it legal? Is there a legal loop hole enabling the practice? The sites in question seem fairly sophisticated - presume they make their money through referal advertising.

Well let's see an example of some of the sites! I can't say for certain without seeing them, but I'd make a good guess that the only way it's legal is if it's skysports.com or the like. :)

The quality is always too shit for my liking.

Here's a couple I don't use:

Not entirely sure of the second, but the day the first is legal will be the day that Amy Winehouse gains some class.
