Worst standup?

I've seen some cringeworthy standups in my time but this is just awful.

Beat the credit crunch and heating costs...you'll be glowing from head to toe with embarrassment after watching this clip. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7yDcCVdXWc&feature=related

My main thought is that she got laughs and clapped off stage so anything is possible.
Does anyone like pizza's? anyone got a computer? great rappor building skills there.

I've seen ten minute spots of dreadful silence where you could hear a pin drop.

That would be my "Dropping pins" act.

I've seen worse - and paid to do so!

She seemed a bit awkward and nervous - but at least she got up there and did it. I thought she could have worn better jeans though. How shallow am I?

I've seen much worse, it still amazes me how many people just tell stories with no punchlines/reveals etc.

I think they just rely on the fact their mates have told them they're hilarious.

She should have asked if anyone writes comedy.

Wow that was bad bad bad. Being Jewish doesn't automatically make you funny. She's just telling boring stories.
Who's actually laughing? Family and friends?

Worst big name stand up I've ever watched was Martin Lawrence.

Worst I ever saw was Roseanne Barr.

This wasn't any good, but really - if that's the worst stand-up you've seen you need to get out more. She's at least got some stage presence. It's possibly one of the most boring stand-up sets, though. Not terrible, just a bit dull.

This is the best/worst awful stand-up ever http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2qg6AkhIYVs

Didn't you notice she has big boobs and nice hair.

Nuff said.

To be serious she may have awful material, she's got good persona, timing and a kinda nice personality.

As a writer who occaisonally does standup, it's an eternal source of frustration that in standup.

Performance always beats writing.

What kind of jive is that? Class.

Worst stand-up I saw was some bloke in at Guildford's Electric Comedy Club. To be fair, he wasn't that bad but he started with a Maddie McCann joke which didn't endear him to the audience and then he called me a twat cos I coughed. So I was glad he died on stage and looked pretty pissed off when he left...

Jason Byrne scared me totally (and I didn't get it) back at uni circa '97-ish. He's *so* much better now. Very, very funny in Edinburgh last year.

I once watched a comic at the Stratford Theatre Bar (a notoriously tough venue) who, commenting on the small, unfriendly crowd remarked "where is everyone tonight, at home watching Everybody Loves Raymond?"

At which point about 80% of the crowd got up and left claiming they'd forgotten to set their videos.
