I'm sorry, but more help needed with my situation Page 6

Ha, I wish I did. Maybe I should start a dating blog :D

I've never really watched it, but that'll be like Sex and the City or something.
But without the sex :D

Seriously good luck and keep us posted on your love life.

Thanks.

Best tonic for getting over someone is to fall in love with someone else.
Sounds like you're handling the situation really well - and not engaging in any silly games. Christmas is around the corner. Lots of parties coming up and I bet at one of them there will be some gorgeous blonde/brunette, with big doe eyes, huge breasts, huge intellect etc who just can't enough of you!

Kill a hooker and blame it on Bussell.

Ah the ole Blame-it-on-Bussell trick, I love it.

I personally would be polite but distant. Basically ignore them.
I certainly would rather die then let them know they'd hurt my feelings.

Agree. :)

Definitely.

And Jesus shitting Christmas, don't in the name of f**k take a single piece of Marc P's advice. That's the road to infinite awkwardness.

Genuinely, for once I agree with Nil. You had a few good dates but she seems to have decided she's not interested. She was immature. Just forget about it. You seem to be dwelling on the exact same point over and over and over; you didn't think she would be that rude. So she's not worth your time. Move on.

Or not!

Cool

I think Leevil makes a great point.

Personally, I dealt with the issue of sex by deciding I wanted to be a writer and took the stance that sex was a drain on creativity and bodily fluids. Since then, the tottie meter has gone off the scale ... sadly, the zero end. But now I write, so what do I care?

Become comfortable with yourself, Mike. There's much pleasure to be gained from the single periods of your life. Too much pleasure actually.

I'm surprised you can still type.

I haven't really read any of this thread, or the other one, but if this is how Mike gets after just three dates, then I dread to think what he'd be doing if this was a more serious, long term relationship. Huh?

I did wonder the same.

LOL.

There's much empathy and advice in this thread for you M D-C.

Good sincere support, members.

Six pages of this?! My God . . .

Laughing out loud
