And I've been to a few Wagamamas as let's face it they're bloody everywhere.
Really? I mean... Really? I never see them. In fact, I can only think of one, in the redeveloped Royal Festival Hall on the South Bank. There are certainly none anywhere near where I've lived.

Was that Taco Bell (I know, another US chain) or are they still around?
My parents assure me that, as a baby, I loved Taco Bell. Now, the thought alone unnerves me.

They are owned by the same company as KFC and Pizza hut.
Used to be PepsiCo. I see now that it's Yum! Brands. Why can't they get Coke?

It's a bowl of rice, sesame flavoured bean shoots, cabbage and other stuff. Topped off with a poached egg and cooked beef, you mix it up with a knife and fork then eat it with chopsticks.
This is ... beautiful.
Full, proper, totally correct English. FROM SOOTYJ. It's, just... Beautiful.

I went out for a meal and a "few" drinks with some Koreans once on business. They go f**king mental. And nobody is allowed to pay for a thing all night - not so much as a drink - except the nominated host for the evening. Otherwise the host loses face and can never go back into that bar/restaurant again. I'm pretty sure one of my colleagues took them to some kind of sex club at the end of the night and exploited this principle to its extreme conclusion. He looked pretty pleased with himself the next day anyway.
Awesome.
