Pay day friday so I can afford to top up essential baking and craft supplies which I will need. I have a lot of stuff to make over the next few weeks
Do you make proper xmas cake? or sponge with loads of icing?

I can make it but I don't cause no one eats it in my house. Or Christmas pudding. We are a LOG family.
I did make this one cake last year and made a little nativity scene on the top out of mazipan, icing, and sugar paste. Got it from a really old magazine!

I make mine with chocolate ganache as icing and sprinkle with icing sugar as snow and top with plastic holly and an ediable robin!
But my mother gets hers from ASDA.

yum yum I don't eat xmas cake, I used to make it when lived at home but not done for years now.
