Ummm... I always make sure I've eaten something an hour before. Take something to read as you will most probably have to wait. Know whether you're allergic to plasters. Smile and be proud!

I got a Club bar my second time around and I had to wait a freaking hour...

I used to give blood - not sure if I could now if I wanted to, being a freaky diabetic.
