I didn't see the problem either, it was very sound advice!
How often are nightbuses? I take it they're not as regular as day buses.
Centre of London you're looking every 10/15 minutes.

I'm lucky I only have to walk/stagger over to London Bridge Bus Stop, and then a number 43 (all night) bus will bring me all the way back to my front door about 7 miles north.

Depends on the route. Theoretically that is true. In practice, the lack of traffic means that they can be more reliable and frequent.

Some night bus routes are half hourly.
But look up TFL.co.uk it'll answer all your questions.
