Outnumbered - Series 2 Page 2

Damn!

Oh my god, that was fantastic. I couldn't stop laughing especially at Karen.

"You smashed his head against the floor screaming 'give me back my bloody beer.'"

It was fantastico. :)

Wonderful episode. Karen was great, as was Ben.

Pretty good, but not great, episode I thought. A good show though.

"We could put beavers through the window and they'd eat the door."

Ooh, Aaron's found a download...

iPlayer for now!

"Why has Jesus got that sad expression on his face?"
"Well, he's being crucified ... and ... it's making him feel sad."
"He's got nails in his hands; he should be going AHAHAHAAAAAHHH!"
"Ben! Stop it!"
"Well he should! Soppy old Jesus."

Laughing out loud Classic.

Oh dear God. Funniest thing I've seen all year.

*wipes a tear of laughter from his eye*

"King Herod set out an order to kill Baby Jesus, right?"
"Right, yes he did, yep."
"Well, why didn't Baby Jesus zap him?"

Just ... inspired.

"You smashed his head against the floor screaming 'give me back my bloody beer.'"

I missed that line! When, who, why?

At the end when Pete was trying to send Ben up to bed.

*rewatches* Laughing out loud

Brilliant! Just brilliant. Love love love this show.
Had me feeling broody within about 2 mins of starting :D

Good quote Aaron, that 'why does Jesus look sad' was ace!
And Karen's 'Why do brides wear white' bit was ace as well.
I did think it went a little bit flat for a while somewhere near the middle but hey the good bits make every minute worth it.

I disagree re 'flat', but I do know what you mean. I still love it though. Makes the funny even funnier, and adds reality.

It's just such an unutterably superb programme. I love every single moment, hate when it ends, and wish that it was on in the same broadcast pattern as Series 1. :(

Yeah, good points I s'pose.
I really fancy the mum. I don't think I would've done if I'd seen her in something else, but how can anyone not love her in this? It also raised my opinion of Hugh Dennis LOADS (not that I ever thought he was bad or anything).

Ditto on Dennis! I've always liked him, but watching him in Outnumbered is a whole new experience. :)
