I've felt shockingly bad all day and have spent most of it scrunched up at my desk in a foetal position. On top of which I had cramp in bed last night, in my calf, which is excrutiatingly painful.

Cameras - Kryptonite to the dysmorphic.... . Just had to explain to someone today why I couldn't have my pic taken for the local rag. Very humiliating. They were understanding but I still feel like shit. Not a good start to such a fun day.....

I f**king hate that. I often wake up in the middle of the night with my calf going into a spasm.

I was looking forward to having some cheese and onion crips. Then I looked in my bag . . . to find salt and vinegar. I like salt and vinegar, but I really wanted some cheese and onion. I doubt anyone in the whole world is having a worse time than me.
