Someone I know was raving about this show which is his choice of course but I now have to hate it because I overhead him talking about Hancock and how it was ridiculously overrated he was. He made a comment that he would rather gouge his eye out than watch one of his shows.
I never understand comments like this - what a stupid statement as if it in anyway validates his point.
My mother was just 3 months pregnant with me when Hancock died and yet I'm still a massive fan having discovered his comedy years later. I can't see The Big Bang Theory having quite the same longevity.
Give it a try mate, it's worth watching for Sheldon alone.
I can't believe it starts its new season next month, it feels like it's only just finished the last.
