Items found in food

On the favourite choc thread I mentioned that I found a small worm in a Crunchie bar. I remember once my Mum found a tooth in a rissole and would never touch them again.

Anyone discovered anything interesting in their food?

After watching that Friends episode where Pheobe finds a thumb in her cola I have to check inside cans before drinking them. Used to make me feel sick.

It's the sort of thing that would start a phobia, luckily you could drink the cola without the thumb coming out of the can because it would be too big.

I remember hearing about someone finding a condom in an ice cream as well. I think that was in the newspaper.

I remember having a live caterpillar on my salad once.

I used to worry for a long time that I would find a bit of a mouse in my Weetabix. Never did though. Never did.

My mum bit on a 'crunchy bit' in a yoghurt which turned out to be a large black beetle.

Not long ago I poured some cereal into a bowl and found it came complete with a dead moth. I was so hungry I ate it anyway (after removing the moth).

There was a story in our local paper- a wasp was found in a cookie. I've not found anything interesting in my food- apart from £20 in my crisps :D

Or maybe their droppings, which you probably couldn't spot easily in Weetabix. Or in muesli.

I got a bottle of unidentified grog from China once (I don't read chinese and didn't recognise the taste) and it had two gutted lizards in it. If you drank straight from the bottle the lizard's tails would slip down the neck and tickle your lips.

Didn't Peter Kay find some garlic in his bread? I think he tried to make a career out of it. :)

Some poor woman got this in her prawns from ASDA:

Objectively though, is it really any more disgusting than the prawns themselves? Especially were the prawns uncooked and the same colour.

This wasn't found in food, but when I was playing football when I was much younger outside my dads work, I saw something on the ground which I thought was a penis that had been chopped off, I was convinced it was one, but didn't want to touch it.

It turned out to be wood shaving that had curled up giving it the look of a shrivled penis.

Do don't know how much you've just revelled about yourself!

Bussell you sick snake-eating f**k.

Are you calling me a homosexualist?

I once found a slug in a hotel breakfast, in the scrambled egg oddly enough.
