Sex education and a benefits system that inseitives pro-social behaviour.
Frankly giving out more in benefits than you get on the minimun wage is just silly.
Also we need to view drug addiction as a medical not a criminal problem.

Agreed. Which is not only for teachers to teach us, but parents too. My mum got The Body Book which was brilliant, yet suitable for kids. As my mum had showed me the book, I felt it was okay to talk to her about things...and she's always been completely truthful. My dad on the other hand still thinks I haven't had sex.
But it's beyond sex, it's also about values and pride.
Girls get pregnant and boys get them pregnant.
Often because it's the only way thing they know to acheive at.
The issue is that schools rely so much on parents but they forget that some parents themselves don't know anymore than the kids. My own mother believed right up to her late 50s that virgins could not use tampons because their hymens would spring them back out again! This made me laugh as I had visions of being able to fire tampax at will.

I appreciate that...which is why it's important everyone is open about it nowadays. It shouldn't be such a taboo subject, it should be addressed and taught efficiently... as Ruby said, by both parents AND teachers.
I'm feeling clever today!
Got my clever hat on. It's red and white Dr. Seuss style!
We didnt have sex ed in school.
It was so when you were bummed by the art teacher, you didn't know it was wrong.

Quite some super power.
n.b. read the Sun on this horrid story.
Turns out the mum was a public school girl, I suspected as much.
And neither the dad nor the paedeatrician noticed the kid was paralysed.
Beggars belief, the police should have been involved months ago.
I vote for prohibition and the compulsory sterilisation of the working classes.
I really don't remember any kind of sex education at my primary school. And very little at my secondary school either. I suspect that the teachers knew less about sex than I did. (Thank YOU Mr. InterWeb.)
Aaron she was a public school girl who liked shagging neo-nazis.
Your sterilisation program would have spared her.
I'm not commenting on this specific case.
People who argue in KFC.
It is a public toilet where you buy unhealthy chicken, cooked by illegal immigrants.
Shouting that you don't want the burnt bits, or demanding fresh bits.
It just makes you look a total cockstand.
And frankly jumping over the counter to demand "no f**king thighs you c**t I want sidebreast"
Impresses no one least of all the 2 small children you chose to bring with you.
KFC truly the Ritz for chavs.
