Teachers

Inspired by Robyn, here is a thread we can all relate to from our pasts (or present). We have all had an amazing teacher who we remember fondly. We also have a rubbish one we remember scratching their car. Let's look back at the best and worse of our teachers/tutors/lecturers..... *que squiggly lines*

Best and worse for me was both at college.

Best was a guy called Richard. Camper than a row of tents but amazingly got married and had 3 kids. Would throw the funniest fits if he felt you were not taking it seriously and would flounce. He use to offer everyone bags of encoragement though and wrote me the most AMAZING reference for Uni! Also got me funding for a trip to France performing a play for kids on the grounds that I made the best monster! Laughing out loud We always had fun. He once threw a party for us all because we all got distintions on our theatre safety module!

Worst was a woman called Sandy. Totally horrid middle class snotty nosed cow who taught political theatre yet knew as much about the world as Nikki Graham does about physics. Would spout the most appauling made up crap and singled me out because I came from a completely different background than all the other snotty nosed girls. She would constantly bang on about the fact that I worked for a living and my parents were on benefits, once asking me to play the part of a smack dealer claiming that "as someone from a council estate, you have a better understanding of the role"! Got my own back years later when I ran a workshop she had to attend!

She made a great dog.

For someone who likes to portray themselves as puppies, rainbows and sunshine, you do have quite a disturbing sinister streak.

Me? Sinister? I'll take that as a compilment from you! :)

We cannot all be as lovely and cute as you all the time! Hug

It wasn't a compliment. You're worse than me.

Yes Aaron. Very provoking. Yawn.

Why do you think I'm being provocative? :/
