Mmm salad. Page 2

A baked potatoes are only really enjoyable if swamped in butter, and as for smoothies you might as well dip your teeth in sulphuric acid.

I do like oily fish, but there is so much pollution in the marine food chain that it is highly debatable if it counts as healthy eating.

A malted wholegrain or multiseed loaf is tastier than white.

And I love artichokes!

Laughing out loud Okay - someone *please* signature that. Knew I'd put my foot in it somehow with it.

I would, but my signature's a bit long now really.

Baked, mashed, fried - I'm surprised I'm not Irish.

Ooh, I had raspberries today too. It said on the pack '25 = 1 of your 5 a day' so I had 25.

I have had kind of a healthy day today.

You could have had 125.

I have had kind of a healthy day today.

Wish I could say the same:

Breakfast: 2 eggs and toast

Lunch (at the airshow): 2 hot dogs and 4 16-ounce bottles of Budweiser (barf)

Dinner: Ravioli and 2 bottles of Brooklyn East India Pale Ale

Sadly, there were not that many in the fridge.

Gotta love fruit and prawns yum nt together though!

With my baked potato I would like:

- Baked Beans

- Coleslaw

- Butter

- Grated Cheese

- Sweetcorn

Thanks

I love grains Quinoa, Spelt and couscos even if it's not a grain.

Oh yeh bulgar wheat and giant Israeli couscos.

Sounds like the ingredients of a really chunky poo.

Lightly fried asparagus is fantastic, but since I fry it in butter and serve with shave parmesan, again it probably fails the healthy eating test.

Fresh fruit is a good call, if you can find any that has not been selectively cultivated to eliminate all traces of taste.
