I'm 45, so I think I'm already there.
A shed seemed like a good place to store tools and lawn equipment, but then I realized that everything was fine in the garage as it is.
My buddy's new wife wanted to make him buy a shed to house his amateur radio gear. He stood his ground and eventually she relented and let him put his radios in a bedroom. (I have a guestroom-slash-radio-room, too.)

It's too hot here most of the year to spend any time in it. But with the cooler weather I've been thinking about putting up a tent one weekend and living in my back yard for a few days.
My buddy and I are camping in the Mojave Desert the first week of January. Booze, guns and a location 50 miles from the nearest civilization - what could possibly go wrong?
We'll hold a candlelight supper in your memory.

We've made the trek 7 or 8 times over the last decade and the closest I came to being shot was a hole in my tent. Hopefully my friend's aim has improved.
